Madi + Franklin | Central West End Saint Louis Engagement Photos

I love summer. I think every year growing up you look forward to the memories you will make during the summer. The days are longer. Providing more opportunities to explore and try new things. Enjoy the festivals, wear summer dresses, and watch movies in the park. The air is warm, which seems to intensify the smells from all the food trucks parked along the park roads. It just immediately makes me happy!

And of course ice cream! I just can’t seem to enjoy ice cream in the winter. I wanted to take Madi + Franklin to a cute little ice cream shop while we wandered around the Central West End of St Louis during their engagement session. Thank you to Jeni’s ice cream for letting us use your adorable ice cream shot as our photoshoot location. And for making such delicious ice cream! Do you seen those large waffle cones and giant scoops of ice cream! I love a classic ice cream shop.

 Madi expressed to me that the main thing she wanted from her engagement photos was to find an ivy wall. Done. I will always love this little corner of the city, each turn providing a cute nook for photos. I could photograph so many sessions here, and all of the different session’s photos would look different because of the variety here!
