The Bensing Family | Winter Family Portrait Photography

I first met Jennifer and her mother at a little cafe in Saint Charles, Missouri to discuss her wedding plans. We instantly connected and I loved their vision for their wedding at the Whitmoor Country Club. Everything she planned was timeless and romantic.

Fast forward after the wedding, and their little family began to grow. I am so thankful they Jennifer and Tim contacted me to be their photographer again. And document their family growing. They braved the cold winter midwest wether with winter coats and flannel blankets. Many people don’t think the outdoors in winter can provide pretty backdrops for family portraits. I like the challenge of finding the beauty in every area and every season. They met me at Eckerts Farm in Belleville IL for their family portraits. I love their rolling hills with orchards or evergreen trees. And an added perk, after the photoshoot you can go inside the restaurant for a yummy meal.

Look at those eyes! Little ones change so fast. I love taking their photos around the one year mark!

As their family continues to grow and change I hope they cherish these photos forever.
