Allie & Steve

A destination wedding is a happy excuse for us to travel to a new location. I was thrilled to join my good friend Ashley to photograph Allie & Steve’s destination beach wedding in Mexico Beach, Florida. I love this area of Florida. The sugar white sandy beaches squeak when you walk along them. The clear turquoise water begs for you to jump in. Mexico Beach is the perfect beach town for your relaxed, getaway wedding.

Allie met her Dad on the front porch as soon as she was finished getting ready.

What a sweet few moments together before all the guests arrived.
Allie hung mason jars filled with roses and wild flowers from her white beach chairs using simple twine for the ceremony. It added a soft romantic feel to their beachside wedding ceremony.

The perfect reception to a beach front ceremony would be at The Wind Mark Beach Club poolside under the stars with hanging cafe twinkle lights, the sound of waves crashing at the beach just beyond the limit of the elegant estate.

I will never tire of red flowers in blue mason jars.
