It was the spring of 2007 when Erika and Matt met through friends, the same friends who this day stood beside them as members of their bridal party. They became High School sweet hearts and started together down a path leading to their wedding.

Their Wedding was replete with meaningful details and traditions rooted in strong family values. One of the most beautiful moments was Erika and Matt in procession, seeing joy and support in the eyes of their friends and family. Those reflected expressions and tears were a moving testimony to the profound value of the people closest to us in our life.

After enduring six years apart, they will begin their new life together as Husband and Wife in Lafayette, LA.

Describe the moment when you first saw each other:

Erika: “Seeing Matt at the end of the aisle was what I looked forward to the entire morning. All I wanted was to be standing up there with him, and I knew our happily ever after was beginning at that very moment! “

Matt: “There was so much anticipation for those doors to open. The minute they opened, I was overcome with emotion. Our moment was finally happening.”

How did you personalize your event? :

“Our theme was “Meet Me In Saint Louis” a musical about the 1904 World’s Fair. We thought it fit perfectly for the weekend and for the feel of the event we had in our minds. It’s one of our favorite movies and we wanted everyone to enjoy our big celebration in Saint Louis!!!” -Erika & Matt
