The Wedding of Lana & Josiah | Oliva On The Hill Wedding Venue

It was a gorgeous fall day in St Louis, perfect for a wedding. I’m thankful Erica Turner asked me to second shoot this wedding with her.

We met early in the afternoon at Forest Park, for the First Look of the Bride and Groom. I absolutely love shooting a first look, it’s such a sweet moment shared by the couple, hinting at the depth of their relationship and peering simultaneously into their future together. Erica and I walked around a grassy area under the tall trees of forest park, to find a perfect private spot for them. Afterwards, we wandered around a few of the couple’s favorite spots of Forest Park, including the Grand Basin and The Muny for additional wedding photography.

As the sun began to set, we made our way southward in St Louis for the outdoor evening ceremony, followed by a relaxed reception with their closest friends and family at Oliva On The Hill.
