Allison and Chad are high school sweet hearts that have been together ever since.

Chad, a year older than Allison, would see her in the hallways. Then they found themselves as friends of friends, easily leading to getting to know each other a little better. Soon, they ended up spending more and more time together, and the rest is history.

Nine years later, Allison headed home from work on an average Thursday. Chad, however, was waiting for her, on one knee with a simple question and a ring. Allison was taken completely by surprise!

We started the session at SIUE, where Allison recently finished her schooling.

I love when couples personalize their engagement session. Allison and Chad are big baseball fans so we stopped at one of the University fields to capture their love of the game and relaxed style.

Looking forward to their wedding at Bellecourt Banquet Center in Belleville IL!
