St Louis Wedding Photography | For The Moment Photography
Carl and Danielle met in college. They both went to Mizzou for Business, had friends in common, were in the same Business Fraternity, and attended some of the same parties… Yet they fell in love in large part due to a 28 inch fur hat.
One night, about five years ago, Carl and his roommates at Mizzou threw a theme party. The theme: dress up as something that starts with the letter “B”. Danielle, with exceptional confidence, determined that “B” stood for Band Leader. She procured the uniform of the leader of a marching band, complete with massive furry hat. Carl was intrigued.
After that, Carl and Danielle were hanging out almost every day, with Carl even playing his guitar and crooning just for Danielle. In the intervening years, they have grown closer and closer.
We very much look forward to their stylish Art Deco inspired wedding at the Thaxton this September, and until then we will ponder the pivotal role of one particular fuzzy hat, from many moons ago.
